From Journalism to senior leadership
My career began in journalism. First, a stint in gritty real-life features, then covering entrepreneurship and board-level strategy as a Business Editor. That curiosity for how organisations function successfully led me into tech, where I eventually became Vice President of Customer Success at a SaaS scale-up.
