These Terms of Service govern the use of coaching and consulting services provided by Dawn Murden Coaching.
By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Dawn Murden Coaching offers the following services:
a. Business Coaching
b. Career Coaching
c. Life Coaching
d. Executive Coaching
e. Change Management Consulting
f. Change Management Coaching
g. Leadership Training
h. Personal Development
i. Networking Leadership
j. Personality Testing
k. Health and Wellness Coaching
l. Public Speaking
m. Community Development Work
n. Human Resources Consulting
These are provided both on a one-to-one and team basis as per agreed. Mentoring, training and bespoke services are also provided and are delivered as outlined in the client contract.
By booking coaching sessions, consultancy services or bespoke services, you agree to the terms outlined in these terms and your client contract, including the fee structure.
All fees will be agreed upon before services commence. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the contract and/or invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty, which will be clearly highlighted in the client contract and/or invoice.
All sessions are scheduled in advance, as agreed with the client in the contract.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the full session fee being charged, or the loss of sessions or services if a block is pre-paid. Please refer to your client contract for further details, including cancellation fees.
We respect the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. All information shared during sessions will remain strictly private and confidential, except where:
a. You give written consent to share information.
b. Disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.
c. A safeguarding issue arises, such as a risk to your life or the safety of others.
If any of the above occur, you will receive verbal and written notice that this is the case.
Dawn Murden Coaching is insured by Westminster Insurance under policy number 128620 for the services provided.
The policy is for Dawn Murden Coaching, a Sole Trader, domiciled in the United Kingdom. This policy covers professional indemnity, public liability, and malpractice, and is valid for services provided to both domestic and global clients on a remote basis.

Dawn Murden Coaching is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial loss, damage, or injury arising from the coaching or consulting services provided.
