b. Professional data: job title, business details, and other professional information relevant to coaching, consultancy or training sessions.
c. Payment information: for invoicing purposes.
d. Other personal information: data you provide directly through coaching sessions or related services.

This information is collected for the purposes of:
a. Delivering coaching and consultancy services.
b. Communicating with clients about services.
c. Managing and processing payments.
d. Providing a tailored experience.
e. Legal obligations, including tax and financial reporting.

a. Contractual necessity: To provide services agreed upon, including coaching and consulting.

In line with GDPR guidelines, your personal data will be deleted and/or anonymised once it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, or upon your request, unless we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.

This includes ensuring confidentiality, maintaining professional boundaries, and safeguarding client information in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

Dawn Murden Coaching is insured by Westminster Insurance for the following services: Business Coaching, Career Coaching, Change Management, Coaching, Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, HR Consulting, Health and Wellness Coaching, Leadership Training, and more.

Our policy number is 128620.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be communicated to clients via email or other means of contact.

Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service govern the use of coaching and consulting services provided by Dawn Murden Coaching. 

By engaging in our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Dawn Murden Coaching offers the following services:
a. Business Coaching
b. Career Coaching
c. Life Coaching
d. Executive Coaching
e. Change Management Consulting
f. Change Management Coaching
g. Leadership Training
h. Personal Development
i. Networking Leadership
j. Personality Testing
k. Health and Wellness Coaching
l. Public Speaking
m. Community Development Work
n. Human Resources Consulting

These are provided both on a one-to-one and team basis as per agreed. Mentoring, training and bespoke services are also provided and are delivered as outlined in the client contract. 

3. AGREEMENT AND FEES

By booking coaching sessions, consultancy services or bespoke services, you agree to the terms outlined in these terms and your client contract, including the fee structure. 

All fees will be agreed upon before services commence. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the contract and/or invoice. Late payments may incur a penalty, which will be clearly highlighted in the client contract and/or invoice. 

All sessions are scheduled in advance, as agreed with the client in the contract. 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the full session fee being charged, or the loss of sessions or services if a block is pre-paid. Please refer to your client contract for further details, including cancellation fees.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect the confidentiality of your personal and professional information. All information shared during sessions will remain strictly private and confidential, except where:
a. You give written consent to share information.
b. Disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.
c. A safeguarding issue arises, such as a risk to your life or the safety of others.

If any of the above occur, you will receive verbal and written notice that this is the case. 

5. INSURANCE

Dawn Murden Coaching is insured by Westminster Insurance under policy number 128620 for the services provided. 

The policy is for Dawn Murden Coaching, a Sole Trader, domiciled in the United Kingdom. This policy covers professional indemnity, public liability, and malpractice, and is valid for services provided to both domestic and global clients on a remote basis. 

6. LIABILITY

Dawn Murden Coaching is not liable for any personal, professional, or financial loss, damage, or injury arising from the coaching or consulting services provided.

7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Please refer to the termination details as outlined in the client contract and/or invoice. 

8. CODE OF ETHICS

Dawn Murden Coaching adheres to the Code of Ethics as set forth by The Coaching Academy, ensuring that all coaching services are provided with the utmost integrity, professionalism, and respect.

9. DATA PRIVACY AND GDPR COMPLIANCE

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and your continued use of the services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 

Additional laws and regulations may be agreed upon in your individual client contract.
