Sessions are typically via Google Meet. I can also use your platform (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc) if preferred.
In-person options are available for clients or companies on request (e.g., leadership onsites/offsites, executive retreats, bespoke programmes, etc).
Any hard copy materials or project work will be delivered via email or through an agreed platform (Notion, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ChurnZero, BambooHR, Front, Linear, Slack, Wordpress, etc.)
This really depends on your goals and what’s required.
Most clients start with a block of five coaching sessions, or three to six–month programmes, depending on their goals.
Some prefer ongoing support over 12+ months, particularly for long-term transformation or leadership programmes.
